Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Tarzi Editor isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first purchase of a plan (the first Pro payment, Founder Lifetime, or a credit pack). Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.
How to request
Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net and choose "Request refund". You can also email [email protected] and we'll pass it to Paddle.
AI credits already used
Cloud AI processing has a real cost to us. We may deduct the value of AI credits used, to the extent permitted by law and Paddle's Refund Policy. Unused credits are refunded in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel any time to stop future renewals. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal and we'll ask Paddle to refund it.
After a refund
The licence and any remaining credits for that purchase are deactivated. Your own footage and the exports you made remain yours. A refunded Founder Lifetime licence reopens one of the 100 Founder places.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law, including:
- the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU/EEA, UK and some other countries, as described in Paddle's Refund Policy, including when that right ends because you agreed at checkout to start using digital content right away
- your rights if the product is faulty or not as described
Where Paddle's Refund Policy or the law gives you more, that applies.
Abuse
We and Paddle may decline refunds where there's evidence of fraud or refund abuse, such as repeated buy, use and refund cycles.
