Before you buy.
Can I get a refund?
30-day money-back guarantee. We may deduct the value of AI credits used, to the extent permitted by law and Paddle's Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel anytime through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net. Pro renews automatically each month or year until cancelled, and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Are taxes included?
In India, prices are in rupees and include GST. Everywhere else, prices are in US dollars and taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated at checkout where applicable.
How many devices can I use?
Use on up to 2 devices you own or control; deactivate one to move.
What happens when the free trial ends?
The trial runs inside the app and ends on its own after 7 days. There is no checkout and no card, so nothing is charged. If you want to keep going, pick Pro or Founder Lifetime.
What are AI credits?
AI credits measure how much you use Tarzi Editor's cloud AI features. They have no cash value, can't be transferred, and can only be used in Tarzi Editor. Pro includes a monthly allowance, the trial includes a small one, and credit packs for extra use are coming soon. AI credits define usage limits. Reselling, automated or abusive use isn't allowed, and we may limit it.
Do unused AI credits roll over?
Pro's included credits reset each billing month. Unused included credits roll over for one extra month only, so you hold at most two months' allowance, and they expire when your subscription ends. Credit packs, once available, are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What does 'first 100 licences' mean?
Founder Lifetime is limited to 100 active licences. If a Founder licence is refunded, that place opens up again. We don't show a countdown.
Does Founder Lifetime include AI?
Founder Lifetime is a lifetime licence for the app and its updates. Cloud AI features are not included; you add AI credits when you need them.
Can I pay with UPI?
In India, Paddle's checkout offers UPI for rupee prices, alongside other payment methods for your country.
Who handles payments?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
